Since Shaivora sells digital products, most purchases are non-refundable once delivered. This is primarily because once digital content is accessed and downloaded by the customer, it becomes challenging to return the product to its original state, thus eliminating the possibility of resale or redistribution. As such, we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases, as we strive to ensure that our customers have a satisfactory experience with our digital offerings:

• Product was not delivered due to a technical error from our end, causing inconvenience.
• Incorrect file was sent that does not match the purchased product description or expectation.
• Major technical issue from our side that affects the usability of the product, compromising the intended use.
• Duplicate payment by mistake where the customer inadvertently completes a transaction more than once for the same product.

If customization work has already started or completed, cancellation/refund may not be possible, as significant resources and effort will have been allocated to tailor the product to your specific requests and needs.
